What we collect. If you subscribe: your email and the county you chose. If you ask for quotes or contact us: name, email, phone if you give it, the property details you select, and anything you write.

What we do with it. Subscribers get one email when the data refreshes, with an unsubscribe link in every message. Quote requests are shared with licensed insurance agencies that serve your ZIP code, who may contact you by email or phone about your request. Agencies pay us a flat fee per request that is not tied to whether you buy anything. Other requests go to our team.

What we don't do. We don't sell your details to anyone else, build profiles, or use your information for anything beyond the request you made. We don't collect anything from the estimator or the charts; those run in your browser.

Your choices. Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to opt out of sharing. Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.

Who we are. High Water Index is a data publisher, not an insurance agency. Contact: leads@highwaterindex.com. Mailing address: [address].

Data on this site comes from public government sources: FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program policy data, the U.S. Treasury Federal Insurance Office ZIP-level release, and U.S. Senate Budget Committee county data. None of it contains individual policyholder information.
